Our department provides teaching in several bachelor's and master's programmes. For more details about each degree programme, please visit the programme websites. Since 2009, when the new concept degree programmes were opened, students have been studying with us in the following degree programmes:
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Cybernetics and Robotics, in which we mainly teach the specialized field of Systems and Control
- Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Open Computer Science
- European Master's programme SpaceMaster
- PhD in Control Engineering and Robotics
Kybernetika a robotika
Studijní program Kybernetika a robotika (stejného názvu v Bc. i Mgr. programu) vychází z tradice špičkového výzkumu na FEL. Kybernetika a robotika si klade za cíl vychovávat absolventy v oblastech, kde se informatika propojuje s reálným světem - kybernetikou, robotikou, automatickým řízením a měřící technikou. V těchto oblastech má fakulta mezinárodní renomé ve vědeckovýzkumné činnosti a tradici ve spolupráci s průmyslem i ve výuce.
Spacemaster
The European SpaceMaster programme is a unique programme dedicated to the training of professionals in the field of space engineering. In it, students travel around Europe during their studies and study at a different distinguished European space research institute each semester. They spend the first semester in Germany, the second in Sweden and return to Prague for the last two semesters. They will write and defend their thesis in our country. It is a challenging study, but successful graduates will gain two degrees (ours and Sweden's), contacts all over Europe and a lot of international experience. Students on the programme travel together, contributing to a fantastic community environment and personal and working relationships between students.

Otevřená informatika
Studijní program s názvem Otevřená informatika. Vychází z tradice špičkového výzkumu na FEL a klade si za cíl vychovávat špičkové absolventy ve vybraných oblastech informatiky, ve kterých má fakulta nejen mezinárodní renomé ve vědecko-výzkumné činnosti ale i tradici ve spolupráci s průmyslem. Program je unikátní vysokou mírou volitelnosti, možností vedlejší specializace a dále i tím, že povinné předměty vycházejí ze standardů GRE/CS. Je určen pro studenty, kteří mají za cíl získat velmi kvalitní informatické vzdělání s teoretickou průpravou, připravující se na tvůrčí přístup k řešení problémů.
